Small amount of blood is Passing through cough for 3months.It becomes severe when she having cold & fever.3/4 days of a week it continues.The other time blood doesn't be seen. All examinations like Chest X-ray,sputum examination,Mantoux test are done.But show no abnormality.All reports are good. She is hypertensive,non diabetic,non asthmatic.She has CKD.Se creatinine is 1.75 mg/dl.She also has IBS.She takes sucralfate (Gastalfet 500mg) for IBS. Please tell What is the reason for her hemoptysis? What is your treatment plan for it?
