Hemoglobin Count is decreasing Continuou

Since last week my wife's HB count is decreasing continuously as 5.9 then 3.9 then 3.5 All blood realted tests are normal. Dr. has given Folvite 5mg but she is not being admitted. Her temperature is around 99 to 100. She looks normal but we are very much worried and looking for 2nd opinion. Please advise in this matter.
