Hello ,either stop weight lifting or get it operated ( hemmoroidectomy) Do other aerobic exercises ,exercises other than weight lifting. Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Apply ice packs or cold compresses on your anus to relieve swelling. Bathe (preferably) or shower daily to cleanse the skin around your anus gently with warm water.
