My week 27 scans shows placenta grade 1, 2cm away from internal os. Small hemetoma with seperation observed above internal os. What does this mean

Oh u neee to b on bed rest .take progesterone support for pregnancy..and prophylactic tocolytics too. Also tab tranexa cn be taken for some time to stop this hematoma from increasing. Keep a watch on fetal movements.
