Hello doc....v completed one year of marriage dis year on 7th may.....my periods are irregular frm last 3-4months....n nw v r planning for baby.....my doc suggested mi ovabless tablet n M2-Tone syrup.....vil it help to conceive baby

Yes it will help but not much because regularisation of menstruation is compulsory so all hormones will come to normal level .It will take minimum 3 months but continue all those medicine also.
