Help quitting Deanxit.

I have been given Deanxit by my Osteopath for two months and ever since i have not been able to quit it due to withdrawal symptoms. now it has been 6 months and i feel stuck, i tired a couple of times to taper out of it but horrible Anxiety symptoms keep hitting me.
