Hi the sonography does show the presence of stones in
kidney. The size of the stone in left kidney is small around 5 mm so nothing to worry.
The right side of the kidney shows some swelling which could be due to some stone which may have passed .
Don't worry about that.
However what problems are you having currently? Any pain? Difficulty in urination? Etc
Also any blood tests, cbc,
creatinine etc done??..
Kindly consult a Nephrologist so he can evaluate you and guide you further, also evaluate for causes of recurrent stone.
Also if you can collect the stone and if it is sent for analysis, we can determine the exact stone type and give you exact diet based on that.
However in general tips for preventing recurrent kidney stones-
Drink plenty of water/ liquids
Restrict salt
Restrict high protein diet/ animal foods
Avoid
calcium supplements
