Help diagnosing

I had a child about 10 months ago and had no signs of postpartum depression for a couple months afterwards but now I constantly want to cry and I have a headache all the time. When my child cries, I want to cry because I can't do anything and I can't handle it. I have little to no help with her most of the time. I was wondering if you could help tell me if this is a form of depression or just all in my head.

Hello dear The above mentioned symptoms could be indicative of post-partum depression. Try consulting a clinical psychologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Try looking for some help to take care of the baby along with you so that you can also rest and spend time in other activities as well.
