Hello..... Autoimmune  condition like pernecious anemia can cause chronic  atrpoic gastritis, so test for autoimmune condition,  it's difficult to treat this condition.. Other cause is h pylori  infection.  Autoimmune  condition  is treated with  vitamin b 12 injection,  h pylori needs antibiotics. Consult general physician.
