My brother has some ear problem, he has timming sound in his ears medicines also running but not improving, he is becom8ng hopeless due to this condition he cannot concertrate anywhere. His PTA test also taken which i had attached. Someone help please.

He seems to be suffering from tinnitus. There are many causes for tinnitus such as sensory neural hearing loss, eustachian tube dysfunction, chronic otitis media, tumors etc etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for his problem. His PTA is suggestive of mild hearing loss. Probably that is the case
