My Son is 15 1/2 years old and he doesn't have any teen changes no moustache no armpit hair. He has got pubic hair. His gentilla size hi 2 inch when soft And 3.5 inch when erect . Is he okay?

Usually puberty will start in between 13 to 16 years of age Is his voice change ? Is he gained height? If yes then it’s normal Otherwise please consult Pediatrician or adolescent counsellor
