I am 25 something age ,I want to increase height ,my height now 5"5 ,I want to increase height 5"9 in 2 months .few years ago( more power or speed height capsules ) take but height increase few.i want to height increase fast

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Since you have already crossed 25 something age, height gain is not possible as such because the growth plate would have fused. Nothing can be done except for surgical methods. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
