Height for 2 year 9 month old!

My son is 33 months old,his height is 91.5cm, is he under height?? His weight is 13kgs, hyperactive kid. Should I do something to increase his height? Please help. What diet and nutrition should I give to him. He is a picky eater.

His height from birth and at every vaccination is to be plotted. Along with details of the parents height. Height appears to be within range though.
