My son is very weak his height Is 5.2. His diet is ok. I couldn't understand that due to some time why he face some issues like headache dizziness feel so weak. I gave him Pediasure milk or proteinx milk twice a day, proper meal diet with salad, fruits before lunch or in the evening time or after lunch. he is not eat junk food. Please suggest me how he take growth and height? No health issues in the family. Only BP problem father's high and mother's low.
