Talk with lots of love to your kid about what is the problem  in school. Something  bother, some one bulling, teacher  behavior  etc etc. May be migraine?    May be psychological? But consult a paediatric doctor. Emset liquid 4 ml in empty stomach  before  school. Lansaprazole one in empty stomach before  going to school. 3 days. Observe.

If this is happening everytime in school, and only in school, please talk to your kid. Make him feel free to talk to you about his concerns at school. Most of the times this would be only psychological as there may be something that is  bothering him at school. Like study workload, study pressure, bullying from friends or teachers. Something that he doesn't like at school. If you could find out his problems, please reassure him and make sure he doesn't have to face all those. Meanwhile you can consult a pediatrician to look for any pathophysiological issues, if any.

Dear Parent, I understand your concern about your son’s recurrent headaches and vomiting episodes at school. Here’s what you should know:  Possible Causes:  1. Stress or Anxiety: School-related stress (e.g., exams, social pressure) can trigger headaches and vomiting in children. The fact that symptoms occur only at school supports this possibility.  2. Migraine:Children can experience abdominal migraines, which present as headaches followed by vomiting.  3. Environmental Triggers:* Factors like bright lights, noise, or dehydration at school could contribute.  4. Other Causes:Rarely, vision problems, food sensitivities, or neurological issues may need evaluation.  Immediate Steps:  - Observe patterns (timing, activities before symptoms).  - Ensure hydration and a light, healthy snack before school.  - Encourage open conversation about school stressors.  When to Seek Help:  If symptoms worsen, occur outside school, or are accompanied by fever, confusion, or visual changes, consult a doctor immediately.  Recommendation:  A detailed evaluation is needed to rule out underlying conditions and address triggers. Behavioral strategies or medical management may help.  For personalized guidance, you can reach me on WhatsApp at **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two** to schedule a consultation.
