From last month i feel my left ear to be little heavy from internal side and when i try to clean it out, a liquid stuck with jhonson bud which smells very odd however right ear is absolutely fine and no smell while cleaning the same.

First and foremost never clean your ears using ear buds as you inadvertently introduce infection in addition to causing trauma to the skin of the ear canal. I had mentioned this in my previous posts. Consult an ENT specialist who would prescribe ear drops based on the clinical diagnosis
