My name of viresh kumar. I am 34 yr old I am feeling heavy weekness and sleepy from last 10 days and heavy acid or gas on stomach. I have done my all blood test. All are gud like sugar, cbc, vitamin d and vitamin b12. Only urine ketone is 1+ possitive Should I concert about it
