Hello Sir, I am presently persuing PHD from IIT Delhi. I am diagnosed with fibroid uterus. Copy of ultrasound report has been attached.Presently there has been instances of very heavy bleeding during mensuration.I would be very thankful to you for your kind attention.

Dear , Iam not able to view ur ultrasound reports.... if it s jus heavy mensturation u can try tranexamic acid tabs thrice a day during heavy flow days however I need to know d exact size of d fibroid to advice if u wil need any further treatment
