I m 62 yr old male . I m having lower back pain last 5 days , X-ray report is normal, sonograph report having Prostatomegaly ,Size 4.3×4.0×4.2cms , Weight 39 grams what should I do ??

Consult a nearby Urology consult and let him examine you. You may need Uroflowmetry and post void residual urine assessment. If indicated, serum PSA would be required
