Heavy lower adbomen,lower back stifness.

My lower adbomen feels so heavy and swollen that i can't stand for more than 10 minutes,lower back stiffness.skin has become so thin even if a light stretch cuts it to start bleeding.become very weak.Tenderneas of skull skin. Thin sperm. These all started when a local physician gave me injection to treat the night fall which i used to have after every 2-3 days .Its been long time.
