I have headache when i was studying for a long time.what is the reason for this? I am using mobile phone for a long time and seeing tv

There can be many causes for headaches. Common causes are 1. Migraine 2. Tension type of headache 3. Cluster headache 4. Sinus headache 5. Other non specific headaches 6. Others organic causes for headaches Your symptoms are suggestive of tension type of headache.  Kindly consult nearby neurologist or ENT specialist for complete evaluation and treatment
