I am facing heavy gas problems.my motions are not clear. Yesterday I had my abdoman ultrsonography there also my bowel was full of gas. I never feel very hungry because of this. Everytime I feel dizziness because of this Please help

Take tab pantocid 40 mg 1 tab daily empty stomach for 2 weeks. Drink lots of water. Avoid spicy food and non veg
