Hi, my mother is facing heavy flow from last 2 months, its first she is facing this problem, from one of our known doctor she is taking tranexa T. 500mg to reduce the flow but still no inprovement. She haa got ultrasound done. I will attache the report here. Please let us know what medication we can follow or what is the issue. She also feels very low during this time, Is it a menopause situation? Please suggest. Also attached the USG whole abdomen ultra sound report.

Hi. The scan report shows thickened endometrium due to which she is having the bleeding . She can start tab Crina NCR 10 mg twice aday for 3 days then daily for 10 days . Also start Iron Tab Livogen daily once after  food  for 30 days .
