Actually i went through a laproscopic surgery a year before. And since that. I have been. suffering from this bloating problem. My stomach gets always bloated after every meal and some times even I drink water. I don't know how can take it further.

bloating could be because of gastritis, esp ur hypothyroid and also related gall bladder related issues better do a ultrasound abdomen and upper gi Scopy if needed after a consultation
