Heavy bleeding with blood clumps

I am on femilion for last three cycles due to sporting issue. The last two cycles were normal and fine but this month I got my periods on 10th and even today I am bleeding. Also the bleeding is heavy since last 3 days with clumps of blood. Is this normal?

Please consult a Gynaecologist for further management. Preferably get a sonography of the lower abdomen done before you seek consultation.
