Hello doctor, I have delivered twin babies through normal delivery on 8th July. After that my bleeding was on for almost 30 days and then suddenly stopped. Then it again started after 5days. Although the bleeding was very nominal. It continued again for a week. Now after a month, I'm again down on 19 Sept, but the bleeding is excessively heavy. What could be the cause of the same?

Uterine muscles gets lax due to weakness , harmonal changes and deficiency ,u need to take Uterine toners and suppliments to get over with this and also few Medicines to take control of bleeding
