Heavy bleeding

Had a period 2 or 3 weeks ago. Started my period again 2 days ago. Rather heavy too. That night I went to bed and woke up with blood every where. I had bled through my tampon. It has been more than 24 hours and I'm still bleeding. I keep soaking through tampons and have ruined 2 pairs of pants, 6 pairs if underwear. No pain, no signs of pms or anything. Just heavy heavy bleeding.

Any history of ingestion of I pill?? As detail menstrual history and examination is necessary.. Better to consult a gynac near by
