I have been bleeding heavily as its 9 th day. The change in my routine is that i m doing physical exertion. There is no such stomach ache or PMS.

Kindly get an ultrasound done,as it might be a miscarriage or missed abortion if u have been sexually active, and if not it might be due to PCOs or any other pathology.
