My hymen tore quite a bit in two different places the last time I had sex. There was also heavy bleeding the morning after. It's been about two days and there is still some bleeding and pain. Will the tissue heal on its own or should I go see a doctor? I can see the two tears and they are pretty big, I'm worried it isn't just my hymen that's torn. This wasn't my first time having sex but I'm pretty inexperienced.
