Can i use tablet trapic mf tab temporarily to prevent heavy bleeding in case of heavy bleeding after menopause in case of hyperechoic thick endometrium in a case of post menopausal vaginal bleeding as i have to travel by train

Yes you can take it.... But you need an urgent endometrial biopsy to rule out endometrial malignancy
