Heavy and non stop menses
I'm having this issues since 2019 Dec, of heavy menstrual bleeding with clots. Done dnc but still issue is not getting resolved. I have to take medicine to stop and still spotting continues. Some time it continues for more than a month if I don't take tablets. In sonogram cyst is mentioned however doctor has suggested to insert merena to control the bleeding and I'm scared of it.
Now I have slight pinching pain in left side. Can I opt for any homeopathy or ayurvedkc treatment to control this situation.

I would like to know more about the report of the DnC that was done for you and the location of the cyst.
Mirena can be tried since oral medications are not giving you any relief.
I am not able to give you an opinion on the effect of ayurvedic and homeopathic medication as I'm not qualified in those fields. It has to be your choice.
