I am feeling chest comfort along with tightness and heaviness in the centre of the chest. Feel like heavy breathing sometimes. Did all my test like ECG, echo but they are normal

If ecg and echo were normal get a chest X-ray also done. And kindly consult as such symptoms should be looked into carefully
