Heaviness in right eye.
Hi doc. I am feeling heaviness in my right eye since one month. And i feel difference in my right eye and right eye. Sometime water come out of right eye. When i stay awake late. Only right eye feels dizzy. I got my checkup done at very reputed and good clinic. They checked my eyes and retina thoroughly. They dilated my eyes and examined and found my optic nerve is healthy. No issues with my optic nerve. My eyesight they checked and its 6 by 6. No issues with eyesight. But pressure is increased. They checked it manually as well as by machine. They suggested me refresh eye drops from 2 months. 4 times a day. I am really scared about it. Only yesterday i heard about glaucoma. I am only 18 now and it is affecting my studies also. Please help me.

Refresh tears eye drops are just lubricants, in other words artificial tears which is prescribed for dry eyes... if only refesh tears n everything else normal u need not worry.
if they had done any further investigation just attach the reports.. and how much the intra ocular pressure , what u mentioned increased.
Next Steps
if at all its increased intraocular pressure u need to get glaucoma investigations done.. atleast CCT ,visual fields and OCT
