Please Take Tab hifenac TH 1 Twice a day Tab pan 1 tab once a day Tab stemetil MD 1 Twice a day Tab neurobion forte 1 Twice a day All for 5days Avoid heighted pillow Do neck, back and shoulders exercises daily Reconsult after 5 days for further advice
