Feel short of breath often , and constant heaviness and Discomfort in upper back , left side and upper left chest which keeps rotating .

Hello..I would suggest you to meet a physician and get yourself examined...It might be due to muscle spasm, acidity problem, anxiety like that...Hope you understand..Meet a doctor in person and Get examined..Thank you
