I experienced some kind of heaviness and tightness on my left side of the chest, especially when I lay down. I had my ECG done and it reads - 'Sinus rhythm with short PR Minimal voltage criteria for LVH, may be normal variant Borderline ECG' I want to know how is the report. Is there anything I need to worry about ? I've also had Vitamin D, 25-hydroxy, serum test done which reads 32.5 mol/L
