Heating palm and sole

My child often have heating palm and sole but his body temperature always remain normal. Kindly suggest the cause of this problem and treatment.

Warm extremeties are normal and a sign good health. You need not do anything for it .However having cold hands and feet may be a more worrying may indicate that the child is not doing well.
