Heat boils in inner thigh

I have a heat boil in my inner thigh. I waited for a 2/3 days , so that the pus gets centralized, so that afterwards I can remove the push manually. Today I removed the pus though it pained a lot but the surrounding area is still bit hard. I am worried . Can you please suggest me something on this.

Consult Now
You seem to have surrounding cellulitis along with the pus. Try SOFRAMYCIN ointment. Clean regularly with Savlon or Dettol. If the surrounding redness and firmness increase in size or you develop fever, you need to consult a physician for oral antibiotics. Use an antiseptic soap like KLM KLIN or DERMADEW LS. If you are using boxer type underwear, change to usual underwear. Avoid wearing jeans. Have plenty of water.
