Heat boil on keloid

I had an intestine surgery 8yrs ago.. Having keloid over scars. From past one week suffering from a heat boil around keloid near navel which is very painful. Presently on medication of Mox 500 with becosules capsules 3 times a day after meal but no noticeable progress. I've attached an image of the problem area. Please suggest.
