I have heartburn,  throat burn, regurgitation, sometimes bloating and burping typically after lunch..i went to doctor and he prescribed some medicines like rablet d -40 instaraft syrup for 10 days.. The symptoms improved but again after 10 days i experienced heartburn I took one rablet d -40 again no symptoms for 10 days but again after 10 days experience the heartburn... Went to gastro and general physician both.. but nobody asked for an endoscopy.. I am scared of stomach cancer...help me out.
