Hi Doctors, I have a query, my peak heartbeat reaches 148 during day time while walking and it gets as low as 33 while sleeping. Is it normal? Thanks

, this seems to be a cardiac problem however thyroid problem should also be ruled out

What about other vitals ?? Oxygen saturation? Any history of dizziness or loss of consciousness? Any relevant history with the family members? Any recent ecg ?
