Was having chest pain and High heart rate Have done ecg and echo test done echo showed MVP with mild mr.. I have blood pressure and pcos..currently iam on the medications telma 20,metxl 25 and corectia m for pcos...recently heart rate and chest pain was normal but again from 3 days iam having slight chest pain and yesterday night suddenly woke up with heart rate 105..what could be the reason...thyroidsugar everything is normal...please help
