My father hearbeat gets increased and he feels suffocated for sometime whenever he listens sudden loud voices.his hearbeat is 92 as of now. is this a cause of worry?

Will need to know ur father age and Co morbidities like have any hypertension, diabetes Normal heart rate 60 to 100 beats per mint but u said it's 92 its ok I have one question  to u heart rate increases suddenly ? If patient have complaints of palpitations?
