I was sitting and felt someone has just punched between my chest .it was a sudden pain..i m having neck and shoulder stiffness from past 2 weeks.please advise

Hi, How long the pain lasted? Is it associated with difficulties in breathing or sweating? Do you have any other clinical problems like diabetes or hypertension? Take ecg as baseline investigation and consult with doctor if symptoms are troublesome.
