Heart rate in the morning as soon as I get up is between 70-80 after breakfast it shoots to 110. At 4 pm it's at 100. Then at 8 pm it's back to 70-80 is this normal.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Yes it's normal. Heart rate is never constant. It varies with lot of factors. . If you have any other problem, do post here or consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
