Sir I am suffering from chest discomfort last one year , hands pain , back pan jaw discomfort some time. I have done all the test 6 months back and one year backlike ecg echo tmt and blood test like tropinin I and t , lipidthyroidsugar and all the reports were normal. My bp at home normal and doctor clinic some time 130/90 or 140/90. Recently I have done endoscopy and I have gerd problem. And vitamin b 12 difficincy and d for that I have taken 2 months treatment. Always feel like as herat attack Please please advise. I have sinus bradycardia with sinus arrthyamia. Heart beat 48to 59
