My heart is pounding and when i stand for like ten mins i feel nausea,dizziness and the world around me spining where the lower abdomen and back feels diffrent. When under presure nd my heart is beating fast it feels like its falling outside my body with tastes of blood in my mouth( i feel like i am almost vomiting blood) My chest pains dont really attack my cjest it happens just the lower part of my heart causing pain when breathing
