If he is not symptomatic, we need to assess his risk of having heart disease. For that you need
1. BP checkup
2.
Lipid Profile
3. His smoking status if applicable
4. Blood
Sugar levels
With these parameters we can assess his risk of having heart disease and accordingly target the modifiable risk factors.
If he is symptomatic, go for ECG, 2D Echo and Stress Test.
Based on this if he has low to intermediate risk, then CT coronary angiography will be our next step. If high risk then go for conventional angiography.
