Felt anxiety but Doc. PRESCRIBED stress release medicines n beta belocker for 7 days n 3 times a day n taking them might have long term side effects therefore i need help whether should i stop taking them or should i continue as im young n feel scared with any heart problem at early stage i recently lost father due to whic i felt stress n anxiety
