Heart patient diet

Hi, my husband aged 34 years had 3 stents placed. He had 2 angioplasty 2017 and 2018. Recently we had a routine chk up. Please suggest diet as per reports. High triglyceride and liver function was not good

Hi, To recommend diet specially one to one discussion is required. He needs to follow low fat diet, which contains MCT and soluble fibre. Totally avoid junk and processed food, margarine, ghee, red meat. Overall lifestyle modification is required.  He needs to do some exercises which will helpful to increase HDL cholesterol ( good cholesterol).
